The Players

Volume 1, Episodes 1-9

• Adams- Engineered individuals who exist within a framework of Strategists, Engineers, and Warriors.

• Snakes & Worms- Rejected by the Royals, they live in the region of Jackal City outside the Adam Stronghold.

• 21st Century- Characters from Kay’s past presented through Devon’s memories.

Volume 2, Episodes 10-Current

• Royals- Receivers who have risen to power due to their strong ability to predict possible futures.

• Townspeople- Regular humans caught between loyalty to the Royals or to the Adams, but mostly trying to go about their lives.
